I've had two bad experiences with Frys. The first was for a TV that was on sale.

Went first thing in the morning and they sold out and only had floor model. Next was for a refrigerator, sold out and only had floor model. Was told on the phone that the refrigerator was flawless so we had it delivered and it had multiple dents. Did not accept and they still charged my card.

I've been trying for three weeks now to have them remove the charge. NEVER AGAIN will I shop at Frys.

When I contacted the store the Manager was RUDE. BAIT AND SWITCH Save the headaches and shop elsewhere!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Only have sales for items you have in stock.
