Fry's web team is the WORST! They can never update their web site for sales until AFTER the store opens ! Why bother trying to get an in-store "one per customer" deal if you don't know it's there? The store ain't just around the corner to stop by...
This happens every week! I've contacted them multiple times, but only get usual, "We're sorry", but nothing changes. The web site says that "sale prices update at approximately 2:30 AM PT", "approximately meaning up to DAYS later.
I had a 30 year career in IT (including web content management), and have never seen a more incompetent group.
I've taken to ignoring them altogether, and taking my business to MicroCenter. I suggest others do too. MicroCenter will give you store stock quantities and and 18 minute order to pickup time for the local store.
