Assuming you paid for it by credit card, dispute the charge---defective merchandise and refusal of merchant to rectify the problem. This is the great advantage of paying via credit card.

If by debit card, then good luck. They already have your money, altho you can dispute it but that may or may not work well for you.

Frys Electronics - Fry's Do Not Price Match!!!

I stopped by Fry's store in Plano, TX and asked for the price matching for Intel i7-4790K with Micro Center around 12/26/2014. It was $249.99 at Micro Center and now it is $279.99. http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.aspx?sku=302273 I asked for price match to sales associate and he said that we will do price match to Micro Center. However, he said Fry's cannot do price match because of the Return Policy is different between Micro Center and Fry's after he talked to someone from desk (I guessed who is a Computer Hardware area manager) I also showed him for the return policy at Micro Center which is 15 Days and it is same at Fry's. I really disappointed your Price Match program because it is advertise from the Fry's website that indicated "We Will Match Any Competitive Price"

Frys Electronics - Frys warranty is a waste of money

Frys is refusing to fix my laptop that Iv had only a year. I bought the 3 year extended warranty plan that costed $169.99 just for them to say they wont fix it. THATS BS! I believe its their responsibility to fix any hard drive problem. My laptop stopped working one day while using it. Im going to Walmart from now on because their warranty is much better. They will replace any electronic if it breaks even if you scratch the screen on your laptop. Im never buying anything from Frys Electronics again. I would also advise anyone who does and buys the extended warranty to make sure you read the fine print, cuz they are a rip off..

Frys Electronics - Parts missing after repair

Recently had HP Officejet 8500A Plus Printer, under warranty, repaired by Fry's Service center. Prior to shipping to service center, Fry's Service Agent located in Fountain Valley CA removed ink toner cartidges and returned to me. The printer was shipped to service center with printhead cartridges still installed. When printer returned from service center, printhead cartridges, Parts #C4900 and C4901A, were missing. Each item retails for $65.00. Fry's cannot account for missing items and accepts no responsibility for loss. In the past I have purchased many items from Fry's Electronics. Now I will never buy another item from Fry's electronics again and will tell freinds, and busniess associates to do the same.

Ordered doogee y 100 cell phone from this Chinese company ( my mistake) the order was in processing for 18 DAYS tried to cancel but could not. Have sent at least 7 tickets( ther help line saying they will reply in 24 hrs.

I purchased a Laptop from Fry's. The guy who sold it to me said that it was an open box item that they had to reset the password to factory defaults. With the new laptop, I purchased Office 2013 and an extended warranty. When I got it home, I found that they hadn't reset the password. I brought it back to the store and was greeted by a returns person who rudely sent me to Service, They verified all the serial numbers and that the problem I told them about was real. I then was sent back to the returns area to refund my merchandise. When I was there, they refused to take back the software even though the I couldn't use the computer they sold me. After a losing argument with 2 layers of management, I just wanted my money and to get out of there. I bought this all on a Debit Card. They the refused to give me cash back and treated it like a credit purchase. Who are they to take a Debit Card (same as cash) payment then hold it for 5 days on a return!!

Frys Electronics - Illiterate Customer Service!!!

My fiance and I went to Frys here in north Houston Tx. We were looking for several items. The first rep was very helpful. However the other 3 were completely ignorant with what and where the products were in the store. As if that was not irritating enough when we went to check out the young *** at register #32 (Fredy 1-19-13 6:41pm,) talked so fast we had to ask him to repeat himself several times. He offered absolutely no information at all about a warranty on the computer related hardware. He was a total *** with his attitude!!! I have just moved from Lake Tahoe Ca. recently. I moved my company to texas. I now live in The Woodlands Tx. I doubt that I will be allowing any of the 19 girls in my admin department to purchase a thing from Frys dur to the poor service they provided to myself and my fiance. Frys Electronics - Fry's sells damaged goods and will not honor legitimate returns

Purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Fry's in Anaheim, CA on 1/11/13. Unit was a demo model with some dents, dings and scratches as they claimed to have no more new ones in back room/ no way to bring down a new one as their elevator was down. It has in writing a full warranty and a 30 day money back guarantee. They could not do delivery since I came 1/2 hour too late for that service. Fridge never worked. Tried to refund to buy a new one, refund was refused and said to call Samsung. Called Samsung corporate 3 times and was instructed to call Fry's back because they must honor their policy. Samsung tried calling Fry's to speak with them but had trouble communicating with the manager same as myself for last few days. I am contacting the BBB, FTC, and whoever else to help me get a refund.
