Placed order on 2/11/2017 with and estimated receive date by me of 3/2/2017. My account debited for items ordered, of which the web site depicted IN STOCK, for total amount.
Called today, 2/28/2017 and in hold *** for 3 minutes when Mr Personality Customer Service rep checked my order to find "on back order along with 200 others, but I was not notified. Gave me number for "Home Office" of which I spoke with manager(?) A lot of "uhs" later, I canceled my order and requested a refund.
This manager(?) stated money not taken, only a hold for that amount until shipped and attempted to put problem on my shoulders as I didn't elect "Ultra quick shipping"!!!! Sorry for the tangent, take your business elsewhere.
