Frys Electronics - Do not have them mount TVs for you
They mounted 3 TVs and damaged my walls. The worst of them has multiple holes, damage to the wall, and stress cracks. This is a new build house so the wall was perfect before before they came. Management refuses to resolve this and we spent thousands of dollars on equipment and then the installation. They did a terrible job and the worst part is they refuse to make it right.

Assuming you paid for it by credit card, dispute the charge---defective merchandise and refusal of merchant to rectify the problem. This is the great advantage of paying via credit card.

If by debit card, then good luck. They already have your money, altho you can dispute it but that may or may not work well for you.
