No resolution to computer problems Baseline & I-10

Computer has had problems since day one! Location - Baseline and I-10 in PHX. Have been in 6 times for same problem, all under the Product Service Contract. Replaced hard drive 4 times, and still doesn't work. Doesn't work for more than 1 week at a time. It's still in the shop. No resolution yet and have resorted to writing letter to the President of the company...Dear Randy. I am so frustrated at this point. Employees seem to think I am just a complainer and blame it all on me! I am at the end of my rope.
