I had a Samsung 22 inch monitor go bad, I took it to Fry's the Las Vegas Store. For repairs, This was in Nov,2007 The store mgnt!! (Blessila Halili) Now this has been going on 7 months, She says A replacement monitor OKed by Samsung America. Customer care! Customer support, Now it's just a matter of time! She said! (WHAT!!) So I called Samsung America, Customer care,, And Customer Support And There Reply Was QUOTE"(Blessila Halili) WHO! UNQUOTE" I've been (BS)ed For 7 months( HELP!) ANY ONE OUT THERE HAVE A SOLUTION Call please 702-365-0510 Albert
