My wife and I puchased a
Mitsubishi DLP big screen tv model WD-52327 from
Frys electronics. From the first time we plugged it in we had trouble. The set was fixed once under warranty, which took
four months, The second was for the same problem a light engine some
eight months later. Frys was absolutely horriable to deal with as is
Mitsubishi.
It's been 1 year later and the light engine is out again.
Mitsubishi has been horriable to deal with. There
customer service agents are out of the country and can barely understand them. The Company has promised a call back from there supervisor in headquarters the next day it's been a week. What a joke. I do not reccomend buying from Frys eclectronics or
Mitsubishi, they both do not stand by there products and are simply horriable to deal with.

So you are blaming frys for a defective tv that they did not build? Fry's can only help you after 30 days if you purchase there service contract like any other retailer after 30 days it is up to and the manufactuer
